A dice game to understand the OEE.
Description
Presentation
The game brings participants to understand the OEE and the points that cause it to increase or decrease. Participants will simulate one production day per 10-minute phase. Depending on the situation, they will evolve the OEE.

Goals
Combining game, reflection and training, the participants will:
- Understanding the calculation of OEE.
- Analyze the phenomena that influence the OEE.
